Robin is Principal at The Eastledge Group LLC, a business and organizational consultant with expertise in strategic planning, project management, training and development, and change management.  Robin is also a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio, who has over 20 years experience in conducting workplace investigations.  Ahead of The Eastledge Group LLC, Robin was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Signet Jewelers, Inc.  She was responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically as it relates to employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion and the human resources business partner model.  Robin also held multiple leadership positions with Luxottica, N.A.


Robin has the pleasure of serving on the Board of Trustees for the Akron/Canton Airport Port Authority.  Robin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law and a Bachelor’s of Science from Florida A&M University.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Fierce Conversations® facilitator.

The Eastledge Group LLC conducts impartial, thorough and independent workplace investigations for employers.
