Cultural Intelligence is one of the 10+ most important job skills every company will be looking for in 2020. Employees with strong cultural intelligence who can adapt to others who might perceive the world differently are key in developing more inclusive products and services for an organization.

Why should you invest in your organization’s cultural intelligence?

An investment in cultural intelligence is an investment in the people that work hard for you every day, which is an investment back into your own organization.

Cultural Intelligence can:

  • INCREASE YOUR ABILITY TO RESOLVE CULTURAL CONFLICTS

  • IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF CULTURE-CENTRIC DECISIONS

  • ENABLE SUCCESSFUL EXPANSION INTO NEW CULTURAL MARKETS

  • PROMOTE INCLUSION AND BELONGING ON TEAMS

Robin Shabazz is amazing! She was our keynote speaker for the Clermont Chamber DEI event. It was by far the BEST event I’ve attended at the Chamber or quite honestly any. Robin did an excellent job of educating, sharing, giving examples, keeping everyone and engaged all while being on Zoom instead of live.

I highly recommend The Eastledge Group to all organizations seeking to move their diversity journey into the action phase and beyond. The training techniques focusing on Cultural Intelligence made the sessions very engaging for our teams and executive leadership. The Eastledge Group incorporated our company values into our training, enabling us to unlock and manage our own personal biases and blind spots using our own language, helping us to deliver more meaningful action plans for our organization.
